INGREDIENTS:
1-2 teaspoons butterfly pea tea
4-5 oz hot water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 oz warm frothed milk of choice
– Brew 3-4 oz of butterfly pea tea.
– While tea is brewing, warm and froth your milk with a milk frother.
– Add maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir.
– Top with frothed milk.
