Apple Cider Mimosa


  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 2 oz sparkling white wine
  • 1 teaspoon caramel
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add caramel to a plate.
  • Add sugar and cinnamon to a plate and mix together.
  • Dip the rim of a champagne flute into the caramel, then roll around in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until caramel is covered.
  • Add the apple cider to prepared champagne flute.
  • Top with sparkling white wine.
