Apple Cider Mimosa
Ingredients
- 3 oz apple cider
- 2 oz sparkling white wine
- 1 teaspoon caramel
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Add caramel to a plate.
- Add sugar and cinnamon to a plate and mix together.
- Dip the rim of a champagne flute into the caramel, then roll around in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until caramel is covered.
- Add the apple cider to prepared champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling white wine.
