Autumn Tequila Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750 ml 90+ Cellars Pinot Noir
  • 1 cup Tequila Zarpado Blanco
  • 1 cup pear juice
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon syrup
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 pear cored and sliced
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 16 oz ginger beer

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the entire bottle of 90+ Cellars Pinot Noir, Tequila Zarpado Blanco, pear juice, orange liqueur, and cinnamon syrup.
  • Gently stir the mixture to ensure all the ingredients are well combined. This step helps the flavors meld together.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the sangria base chill for at least 2 hours. This allows the fruits and spirits to infuse, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
  • When you're ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the refrigerator.
  • Fill each serving glass with ice cubes to provide a refreshing chill to the sangria.
  • Pour the chilled sangria base over the ice in each glass, leaving some space at the top.
  • Open the 16 oz bottle of ginger beer and pour it into the pitcher, filling the remaining space.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
