Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower & Rose Gin
  • 1/2 oz cherry syrup
  • 3 oz tonic water

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add Empress 1908 Elderflower & Rose Gin and cherry syrup to the glass.
  3. Top off with tonic water and gently stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a fresh cherry or a twist of lemon, if desired.
