Classic Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 oz chilled Limoncello
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Lemon wheels and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the limoncello over the ice.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation, then garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
