A refreshing and colorful cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Empress Gin
  • 2 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 Strawberries Halved
  • 3 Basil leaves Plus more for garnish

Equipment

  • Muddler

Method

  1. Muddle the strawberries and basil at the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add ice, lemon juice and syrup.
  3. Top with Empress gin for color changing effect.
  4. Stir and enjoy!
