Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz extra spicy ginger beer try Llanllyr Source

Method

  1. Add white rum, lime juice and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake it up!
  3. Add to a highball glass and top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with pineapple leaf or wedge.
