Hibiscus Blackberry Gin Cooler

Ingredients

  • 5 blackberries
  • 1/2 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 2 oz pink gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  • Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  • Add syrup, gin, lemon juice and ice.
  • Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with fresh blackberries.
