Hibiscus Paloma

Ingredients

For the cocktail

  • 2 oz tequila or tequila alternative optional
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz hibiscus syrup
  • grapefruit soda

For the syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried food grade hibiscus flowers

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Add 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of grapefruit juice and 3/4 oz of hibiscus syrup, and stir well.
  • Top the glass with grapefruit soda.
