Lemon Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Garnish with bitters
Instructions
- Fill your shaker with ice.
- Pour in your gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
- Shake it up!
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a few drops of bitters
