Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Garnish with bitters

Method

  1. Fill your shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in your gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.
  3. Shake it up!
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a few drops of bitters
