Passion Tea Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 oz light rum try Callisto Spirits botanical rum
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 oz fresh brewed passionfruit tea chilled
- 1 oz club soda
- 4 mint leaves
Instructions
- Gently muddle your mint leaves at the bottom of your glass.
- Add rum, simple syrup and lime juice, and tea.
- Add ice and stir.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with more mint.
