Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum try Callisto Spirits botanical rum
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz fresh brewed passionfruit tea chilled
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 4 mint leaves

Method

  1. Gently muddle your mint leaves at the bottom of your glass.
  2. Add rum, simple syrup and lime juice, and tea.
  3. Add ice and stir.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with more mint.
