This Peach And Basil Bourbon Smash Cocktail is a delicious late summer cocktail made with simple fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 5 peach sliced
  • 4 basil leaves

Method

  1. Muddle the peaches and basil in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice and ice.
  3. Shake and strain over ice.
