Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz Sparkling Water chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Pomegranate seeds and orange peel for garnish optional

Method

  1. Fill a stemmed glass with ice cubes. The use of a wine glass or a balloon glass adds an elegant touch.
  2. Pour 1 oz of Aperol over the ice.
  3. Pour 1 oz of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice into the glass.
  4. Slowly pour 3 oz of chilled Prosecco into the glass. The effervescence of Prosecco adds a delightful sparkle to the cocktail.
  5. Add the final touch by pouring 1 oz of chilled sparkling water. This adds a crisp and bubbly element to the drink.
  6. For a visually appealing presentation, garnish your Pomegranate Aperol Spritz with a twist of orange peel or a few pomegranate seeds. This step is optional but enhances the overall experience.
