Spicy Pineapple Mezcal Margarita

A smoky and sweet margarita with a little spice from home made jalapeño syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz jalapeño syrup

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds (or pineapple wedge) and jalapeño slices.
