Summer Grapefruit & Elderflower Sprtiz

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Aperol
  • ½ oz St Germain
  • ½ oz Grapefruit juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco or Sparkling wine
  • Top with Sparkling water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a spritz glass with ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
