Ingredients

  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz Lillet blanc
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • Dash of lemon juice or lemon bitters

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker then add ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel or edible flower (optional).
