Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Strawberry Rose Syrup
  • 3 oz Sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • 1 oz Club soda

Method

  1. In a spritz glass, combine ice, Aperol and Strawberry Rose Syrup
  2. Add sparkling wine or Prosecco to the glass.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Stir gently with a barspoon.
