Aperol Spritz Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup Aperol
  • Orange slices pith removed

Method

  1. Mix orange juice, Prosecco and Aperol. Add orange slices to popsicle mold then add the Aperol mixture. Freeze overnight. Makes about 6 popsicles.
