Ingredients

  • 3 oz chilled prosecco
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz fresh strawberry puree or strawberry syrup
  • Splash of orange juice

Method

  1. Pour the strawberry puree and Aperol into a flute and stir gently.
  2. Top with prosecco and a splash of orange juice.
