Caramel Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 2 brown sugar cubes
- 1/2 oz caramel syrup
- 4 oz hot coffee
- whipped cream
- caramel sauce
Method
- Place your sugar cubes in your coffee mug.
- Pour in your whiskey, caramel syrup and freshly brewed coffee.
- Stir it up!
- Add your whipped cream slowly over the back of a spoon to float.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce (optional)
