Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce KahlĂșa or other coffee liqueur
  • 1 ounce espresso freshly brewed cooled
  • 1/4 ounce mint syrup
  • 1/2 oz creme de cocao
  • Garnish: coffee beans

Instructions

  • Brew the espresso and allow to completely cool.
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker then add ice.
  • Shake for 15-20 seconds until chilled, the foam should form once shaken.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Top with coffee beans.
