Pineapple Coconut Sunrise Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine chilled
  • Grenadine optional, for the "sunrise" effect
  • Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the chilled coconut rum and pineapple juice directly into a champagne flute.
  • Top slowly with the champagne or sparkling wine.
  • Pour the grenadine gently into the glass, it will sink to the bottom to create a beautiful layered look.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry on top.
