Watermelon Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz watermelon juice
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz club soda
- Ice
- Watermelon wedge for garnish optional
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass or spritz glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour in the Aperol and fresh watermelon juice.
- Top with the Prosecco and a splash of club soda.
- Stir gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh watermelon wedge if desired, and serve immediately.
Key Lime Pie Shots
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 3.5 oz RumChata chilled
- 1 oz Key Lime Juice
- Ice
- For garnish: Graham cracker crumbs whipped cream, and key lime wedges
Instructions
- Prep the glasses: Dip the rims of 4 shot glasses into a bit of water or lime juice, then press them into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
- Shake: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vanilla vodka, chilled RumChata, and key lime juice.
- Strain: Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until completely chilled. Strain evenly into your prepared shot glasses.
- Garnish: Top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream and a tiny key lime wedge. Serve immediately.

Watermelon Cosmo
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh watermelon cubed, for muddling
- Ice
- Lime wheel or small watermelon slice for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle: Place the fresh watermelon cubes into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly to release all the juices.
- Shake: Add the vodka, triple sec, and fresh lime juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Strain: Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass to catch any watermelon pulp.
- Garnish: Decorate the rim with a lime wheel or a small watermelon slice.
Pineapple Coconut Sunrise Mimosa
Ingredients
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine chilled
- Grenadine optional, for the “sunrise” effect
- Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the chilled coconut rum and pineapple juice directly into a champagne flute.
- Top slowly with the champagne or sparkling wine.
- Pour the grenadine gently into the glass, it will sink to the bottom to create a beautiful layered look.

- 1 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz guava nectar
- 1 squeeze of fresh lime juice
- 1 oz club soda

- Lime wheel for garnish
