Spiced Cranberry Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz Autumn syrup
Autumn Syrup
- Autumn Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 star anise
Instructions
- Add Aperol, cranberry juice, and syrup to a glass of ice. Top with prosecco.
Autumn Syrup
- Instructions: Simmer 10 minutes. Strain, cool.
