Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz Autumn syrup

  • Autumn Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 star anise

Method

  1. Add Aperol, cranberry juice, and syrup to a glass of ice. Top with prosecco.

  1. Instructions: Simmer 10 minutes. Strain, cool.
