Note on Scaling up for a crowd:
Scaling a cocktail for a crowd is easy. All you need to do is multiply every ingredient in your single-serving recipe by the number of servings you want. Convert to cups when it makes mixing easier (8 oz = 1 cup), and remember that citrus and sweeteners can taste stronger in large batches, so start with slightly less than the full multiplied amount for these ingredients and adjust to taste. Keep the mixture chilled in the fridge instead of adding ice directly so it doesn’t get watered down.
If your drink includes anything bubbly like club soda, ginger beer, tonic, or Prosecco then add it right before serving or top each glass individually to keep the fizz. Give the pitcher a quick stir before pouring, and add your garnishes.
