Spiced Ginger and Pear Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 pear peeled and chopped

Instructions

  • Peel and prep the pears and ginger.
  • Add 1 cup of water, your pear, ginger, sugar and cinnamon sticks in a pot.
  • Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Strain and store the syrup once it's cooled down.
