Strawberry Martini

Ingredients

2 oz gin
1 oz lillet
1/2 oz simple syrup
3-5 strawberries halved

Method

  1. Muddle strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, gin, Lillet and syrup.
  3. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
