Tropical Sangria Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 bottle of Pinot Grigio or other dry white wine
  • Ginger beer to top each glass

Instructions

  • Start by chopping the mango and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Slice the lime and orange.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the chopped fruits, pineapple juice, and passion fruit juice.
  • Pour in the bottle of Pinot Grigio or your chosen dry white wine.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Just before serving, give the sangria a good stir. Pour into glasses, making sure each glass gets some fruit. Top each glass with about 1 oz of ginger beer
