Start by chopping the mango and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Slice the lime and orange.
In a large pitcher, combine the chopped fruits, pineapple juice, and passion fruit juice.
Pour in the bottle of Pinot Grigio or your chosen dry white wine.
Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
Just before serving, give the sangria a good stir. Pour into glasses, making sure each glass gets some fruit. Top each glass with about 1 oz of ginger beer
