What is a margarita?
A margarita is a cocktail made of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice, sometimes served with salt on the rim of the glass. It can be served shaken, on the rocks, or frozen. Originating in Mexico, this cocktail has become an all-time favorite in the U.S., especially during the summer months.
Why make a frozen margarita?
The best way to make a margarita frozen is by using fruit that is frozen ahead of time. This gives the cocktail a smooth texture without watering it down. This is why we love the frozen honeydew melon margarita; it is refreshing and sweet while also being cold and boozy.
