Spicy Pineapple
2 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Lime juice
0.05 oz Agave
Tajin
Rim a glass with Tajin. Shake all liquid ingredients with ice and strain into the glass over fresh ice.
Lavender Coconut
2 oz Tequila
½ oz Lavender liqueur (or syrup)
1 oz lime juice
0.5 oz cream of coconut
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously to emulsify the coconut and strain into a chilled glass.
Spicy Clementine
2 oz Tequila or Mezcal
2 Clementines
2 Slices jalapeno
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Agave
Muddle the clementine segments and jalapeno in a shaker. Add the liquids, shake with ice, and double strain into a glass.
Strawberry Limoncello
2 oz tequila
1/2 oz Limoncello
1 oz lime juice
0.5 oz strawberry syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, and strain into a glass with fresh ice
Hibiscus Coconut
2 oz tequila
½ oz triple sec
1 oz Hibiscus tea, chilled
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Coconut cream
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake well with ice, and strain into a glass with fresh ice
Key Lime Pie Margarita
2 oz Silver Tequila
0.5 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Fresh lime juice
2 Barspoons key lime yogurt
0.5 oz vanilla syrup
Graham cracker crumbs
Rim the glass with crushed graham crackers. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice to fully integrate the yogurt and strain into the glass.
Blackberry Coconut Margarita
2 oz Silver Tequila
5 Fresh blackberries
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz cream of coconut
Muddle the blackberries in the shaker first. Add the tequila, coconut, lime, and agave, shake with ice, and double strain over fresh ice.
Pineapple Aperol Margarita
2 oz Silver Tequila
0.5 oz Aperol
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Agave nectar
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled and strain into a salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
