Pineapple Coconut Aperol Spriz
Ingredients
- 3 oz sparkling wine or prosecco
- 1 oz aperol
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz coconut syrup
- 1 oz club soda
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add in Prosecco.
- Add in Aperol, pineapple juice and coconut syrup.
- Stir to combine.
- Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Raspberry Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz chilled Limoncello
- 3/4 oz Homemade Raspberry Syrup
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Fresh raspberries and lemon wheels for garnish
Raspberry Syrup
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the limoncello and homemade raspberry syrup over the ice and stir gently to combine.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once more from the bottom up to mix without losing the carbonation, then garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wheel.
Raspberry Syrup
- Combine the raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until the raspberries break down.
- Crush the berries with the back of a spoon to release their juices, then pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a jar, pressing the solids to extract the liquid.
- Let the syrup cool completely before use.
You can make your own raspberry syrup and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. You can also buy it online here.
White Wine Peach Spritz
Ingredients
- Frozen peaches
- 4 oz white wine like Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 oz ginger beer
- fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Add white wine, frozen peaches and ginger beer.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
Classic Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 oz chilled Limoncello
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Lemon wheels and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the limoncello over the ice.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation, then garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
Strawberry Hot Honey Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz strawberry puree
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz hot honey syrup such as Mike’s Hot Honey
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 1 oz club soda
- Ice
- Orange slice and a strawberry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the strawberry puree, Aperol, and hot honey syrup over the ice, then stir well to integrate the ingredients.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation, then garnish with an orange slice and a strawberry flower.
Strawberry Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz strawberry puree
- 2 oz chilled Limoncello
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Fresh strawberry and a lemon wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the strawberry puree and limoncello over the ice, then stir well to integrate the ingredients.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation, then garnish with a fresh strawberry and a lemon wheel.
Lavender Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 oz Elderflower liqueur such as St-Germain
- 3/4 oz Homemade Lavender Syrup
- 3 oz dry Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh lavender for garnish
Lavender Syrup
- Homemade Lavender Syrup
- Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons culinary dried lavender buds
- 1 tablespoon dried butterfly pea flowers optional, for a vibrant purple color
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour the elderflower liqueur and homemade lavender syrup over the ice, stirring gently to combine.
- Top the mixture with the Prosecco and club soda.
- Stir once from the bottom up to mix the layers without losing the carbonation, then garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh lavender.
Lavender Syrup
- Combine the water, sugar, lavender buds, and butterfly pea flowers, if using, in a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover it with a lid, and let the mixture steep for 15 to 20 minutes to infuse the flavors and color.
- Pour the syrup through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean jar to remove the botanicals, then let it cool completely before use.
You can buy your lavender syrup online or make your own with culinary lavender buds.
