Apple season is the perfect time to grab some apple cider from your local farms and make some tasty fall cocktails. There’s so much that you can do with apple cider when it comes to cocktails. It pairs well with vodka, bourbon, whiskey and probably just about any other spirit in the right cocktail.
This Spiced Apple Martini has all the flavors of fall using chilled chai tea and a caramel and sugar rim. It’s easy to shake up in a cocktail shaker. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker at home, a metal coffee travel mug can work well as an alternative.

Do I have to use Chai tea?
Much like pumpkin spice, chai tea includes many different delicious spices. It often includes cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves. Similar to a mulled wine, this combination of spices has a warming quality that is perfect for the autumn weather.
