Pomegranate Limoncello Spritz
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add limoncello and pomegranate juice.
- Top with Prosecco, then club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wheel or pomegranate seeds.

Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.

Jack Frost Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz cream of coconut
- Rim: white and blue sugar
Method
- Rim the glass with lime juice and dip in the sugar mix.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or shredded coconut.

The Toasty Snowman
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz candy cane–infused vodka*
- 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz espresso freshly brewed and cooled
- 0.5 oz crème de cacao
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until frothy.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with crushed peppermint or chocolate shavings.
Candy Cane–Infused Vodka
- Add 4–5 mini candy canes to 8 oz vodka.
- Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 hours or until dissolved.
- Strain and store in a sealed bottle for up to 1 month.

White Christmas Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz coconut milk
- 0.5 oz cream of coconut
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until cold and frothy.
- Strain into a coupe or rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.

White Christmas Mimosa
Ingredients
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- White cranberry juice
- Edible glitter optional
- Garnish: sugar rim cranberries, rosemary
Method
- Rim a champagne flute with sugar.

Pomegranate Ginger Cosmo
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.

Ginger Syrup
- Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and ½ cup chopped fresh ginger.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then cool and strain.

Holiday Sangria
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Pinot Noir
- 4 oz brandy
- 8 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz simple syrup*
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 apple chopped
- ¼ cup cranberries
- 2 star anise
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Method
- Add all ingredients to a large pitcher.
- Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fruit and rosemary.
Simple Syrup
- Combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each).
- Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then cool before using.

Holiday Lemon Drop
Method
